General Terms and Conditions

Following are some terms and conditions that we at Corp Academia urge you to go through once before you agree to our quote.

1. The payment is to be made as mentioned in the due date of the invoice.
2. Advance payment is to be made for 100 % before the delivery of the Lab Access.

Please note the following:

1. Availability or the price of the service will be valid till the date mentioned in the quote. After that, we cannot guarantee you whether the service will be available on the proposed date and price.
2. When you accept the quote, you “Agree” to the Terms and Conditions and to pay the amount mentioned in the invoice after the service is delivered successfully. For more, payment related details you can also go through the payment terms as mentioned above.
3. You cannot cancel the lab bookings once the testing is done and finalized. The invoice will be sent when the testing is completed and approved.
