Delivery Policy

Please note the following instructions about Corp Academia’s delivery policy.

Delivery Policy :

  1. For payments above Rs 30000, TDS deductions will be applied as per the slab. So, it is requested that you submit the proper invoice with the PAN number.
  2. GST is applicable in some orders, so it is requested that you submit the adequately signed GST invoice as per the GST invoice template given by the Government.

To make things easier, we have provided an annexure related to the delivery policy; please go through each point carefully. If you face any doubts, please contact our account manager for the same

Essential things to be noted down

The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to enable the online course to be accessible, except for scheduled maintenance and required repairs, and except for any interruption due to causes beyond the reasonable control of, or not reasonably foreseeable by the Company.

  1. When you accept the Work Order online, you “Agree” to follow Corp Academia’s “Terms and Conditions” that will be explicitly mentioned in the work order. Along with that, it will also be mentioned in this email.
  2. If the PO terms are applicable and approved accordingly, the conveyance charges need to be paid on Actuals.
  3. According to countries, the conveyance claims vary; for India and Sri Lanka, it is Rs 850 per day. The same has to be paid at Rs 1300 or 20 USD per day in South East Asian Continents. For all other countries, it is about 30 USD except the USA and UK.
  4. It is requested that you maintain all the conveyance bills and receipts of the conversion charges.
  5. If there are any bills that are claiming luxury/liquor and personal expenses, it will not be considered.
  6. Without the hard copy of the original bills, claims won’t be entertained.
  7. It is requested that you contact the respective Account Manager for details about the location or mode of the delivery. Along with that id, there are any execution-related details that you need to check in case you have not received it prior to the three days of the date of delivery.
  8. Within seven days of training completion, the hard copy needs to be sent to the following address.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Following are the terms and conditions that Corp Academia has listed for you to go through once before you “Agree” to our delivery policy.
  2. If there is a failed delivery where the client has refused to pay t
  3. he Contractor, the Contractor won’t be liable to pay the instruction.
  4. If the clients make a partial payment, then the instructor will be paid according to the payment received, and the price agreed in the original contract.
  5. If there is an additional expense that is beyond the purview of the agreement, it will not be reimbursed until the Contractor approves it in advance.
  6. Within 10 days of completing the classes, if the Contractor does not receive the report of the expenses or receipts, any payment due to the instructor will be forfeited.
  7. At the end of one business day, the daily evaluations made should be returned as it is charted in the class confirmation.
  8. The instructor is required to follow all the client-specific policies and procedures pertaining to the training function. It is our responsibility at Corp Academia to make these policies and procedures available before the training engagement.

Standard for the quality provided :

Be rest assured that the subcontractor assigned will be delivering best quality training classes to the clients of the contractors which will be required to achieve the average rating of at least 4.0 or higher. A guaranteed minimum instructor evaluation rating of 3.5 will be provided on a scale of 1 to 5, ( 5 being outstanding).
